Never Received Raffia

I still have not received the Raffia Yarn from my order and I have contacted the company twice. If this is the way they do business I will not be ordering again.

Update to prior review - Good customer service

Customer service did get back to me and refund the purchase. I did receive a prior order of this Rafia yarn and it looks like good quality (haven't used it yet). I likely will purchase from CW again as there are a number of items I am interested in.

I never received this. I emailed customer service 3 times to let them know and ever received a response nor the product. So sad.
